YL10.2 extruded solid carbide rods used for drills and endmills
Zzbetter extruded carbide rods, are formed through successive injection in cellulose. This type of extrusion have pre-pressing, with good homogeneity and perfect forming size, is used for high-end cutting material market.
Our avaible Dia. size is from 0.8mmm to 30mm, and the length can be customized according to customers' requirement. We can produce solid carbide rods, carbide rods with central coolant hole, carbide rods with two straight coolant holes, and ground carbide rods.

Suitable for drills, endmills and burr. Especially suitable for cutting non-ferrous metal and graphite (need coating).
Ultrafine grain size, suitable for processing glass fiber, wood, plastic, aluminum-magnesium alloy and other materials. Recommended for making the carbide tools, miro-drilling and miro end mills. It is the first choice to make PCB micro end mills
Suitable for drills and endmills, for cutiing general steel (HRC<48), grey cast iron, stainless steel and heat resistant alloy.
Equal to grade of WF25 and GU20. Suitable for cutting stainless steel, heat resistant alloy and cast iron.
Equal to grade of TF25+ and GU25UF. Ultrafine grain size, high cobalt content with excellent hardness and toughness. Suitable for endmills and reamer, especially for cutting steel (HRC 45~55), Aluminum alloy and titanium alloy.
Suitable for making stamping dies and tools, such as needles, punch, dies and other accessories.
