Introduction

Cast tungsten carbide (CTC) welding rods are engineered to provide exceptional abrasion resistance in extreme wear environments.  Unlike conventional welded coatings, CTC rods deposit a dense layer of coarse tungsten carbide granules onto substrate surfaces through oxygen-acetylene or arc welding processes.  These rods are widely used in mining, oil drilling, agriculture, and construction to extend the service life of critical components.
