Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts 

• PDC cutters are also named Polycrystalline Diamond Compact cutters and PDC inserts. PDC cutter is a super hard material.

• The PDC cutters consist of a Polycrystalline Diamond layer and carbide substrate. The diamond layer and substrate are sintered under ultra-high pressure and ultra-high temperature. In short, we say it's HTHP Press.

• The diamond is grown on the carbide substrate, not coated. They are firmly combined.

Triangular Shape PDC Cutter: Triangular Shape PDC Cutter improves the cutting and drilling ability of the rock formation significantly and reduces the wear rate effectively.  The drilling efficiency is significant in geological structures such as difficult-to-hit formations, complex formations, hard formations, and interlayers.

Notched PDC Cutter: The notched PDC cutters have small notches or grooves on the cutting face. The notches aim to improve the cutting efficiency and chip evacuation during the drilling or cutting process. The notches help break up the cuttings and reduce the contact area between the cutter and the material being drilled or cut, reducing friction and heat generation.

Half Moon PDC Cutter: We can use a laser to cut the PDC into half, like cut 0808,1008,1308,1313,1613 and other sizes PDC cutters into half or to the other sizes you need.

PDC Nozzle: The PDC  nozzle is a component used in drilling operations. It is designed to be attached to the drill bit or string to enhance the drilling process.

Square PDC Cutters: Diamond is composed of carbon, it is very pure and clear. Therefore, the PDC nozzle can be used for liquid canning, such as milk, etc., without causing pollution to the liquid. Diamond has good wear resistance, which gives the PDC nozzle a long service life.
