1. Cylinder milling cutter

They are used for processing planes on horizontal milling machines. The cutter teeth are distributed on the circumference of the milling cutter and are divided into straight teeth and spiral teeth according to the tooth shape. There are two kinds of coarse teeth and fine teeth according to the number of teeth. The spiral tooth coarse tooth milling cutter has few teeth, high tooth strength, and large chip space, suitable for rough machining; the fine tooth milling cutter is suitable for finishing.

2. Face milling cutter

It is used for machining planes on vertical milling machines, end milling machines, or gantry milling machines. There are cutter teeth on the end face and the circumference, and there are also coarse and fine teeth. Its structure has three types: integral type, insert type, and indexable type.

3. Endmill

It is used for processing grooves and stepped surfaces. The cutter teeth are on the circumference and the end surface, and they cannot be fed in the axial direction during work. When there is an end tooth passing through the center of the end mill, it can be fed axially.

4. Three-sided cutter

It is used to process all kinds of grooves and step surfaces and has teeth on both sides and circumference.

5. Angle cutter

There are two types of single-angle and double-angle milling cutters for milling grooves at a certain angle.

6. Saw blade milling cutter

For machining deep grooves and cutting off workpieces, there are many cutter teeth on the circumference. In order to reduce the friction during milling, there are 15 '~ 1 ° side angles on both sides of the cutter teeth. In addition, there are dovetail milling cutters, T-slot milling cutters, and various forming milling cutters.

7. T-shaped milling cutter

T-shaped milling cutter are used for milling T-slots.
